On September 17, 2016, ThaiReefer Group organized a “Supervisory Skills” training session for supervisors at Mahachai Yard, with Dr. Phrommas Phitchayapunyapop invited as the guest speaker. The agenda and activities were as follows:
Mr. Kongporn Kuptapa, Deputy Managing Director, delivered the opening remarks and expressed gratitude to the guest speaker.
The speaker shared his educational background and provided foundational knowledge to the supervisors.
Group activity: Participants were divided into 4 groups of 4–5 people each.
Pre-test and answer review session.
In-depth lecture on leading by example as an effective supervisor.
Workplace safety and accident prevention.
Problem-solving and quick-response activity, designed to enhance alertness and responsiveness.
Types of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Strategic management theory: The P-M-D framework.
